Sea planes tourism project are going to be introduced in Andhra Pradesh. Chennai based, Sky Choppers Logistics Private Limited has come forward to take on this project. These services would be starting from September. The seaplane services would be run between Vijayawada-Visakhapatnam through Kakinada. The seaplane would land on the Prakasam Barrage in Krishna River at Vijayawada. It will be land at Bheemunipatnam in Vizag.12 persons able to travel at a time. The fare of the ride would be Vijayawada-Visakhapatnam via Kakinada is around Rs.2000 and for two way it is Rs.4000.
